Service department has to be the worst in the Cincinnati area. Their app tells you one thing, the service writer tells you a second thing, and then hit you with a third when you come in. They set your service intervals to get you to come in and then tell you that your service isn’t covered. Chuck and his tech crew took good care of me and were great at getting me in and out in a timely fashion.
service department advisors are NON existent. All my calls between 11 and 12 went into voicemail. Impossible to talk to a STILL ALIVE person just to set a regular maintenance for my 2024 Palisade. All calls went into voice mail then received at text, well response to their text did NOT NOT receveive ay responses. Wasting too much time to set a simple 15K maintenance schedule. GM should fire the GM service manager.Huyndai being the more luxurious brand, versus Kia, has not had the service to match the brand's image.

Usually have a good experience with service, but took 1 month to get my car back, as the part didn’t come in for a recall. Not sure why they wouldn’t postpone until the part was in(they delayed the service a week because the part wasn’t in yet).

Usually great service - has dropped off with its expansion. Tech lead was not nice and acted like I wasn’t important. Service manager had to solve my problem. Not enough help is not my problem - made the appointment I expect to notch service
If your phone is going to be answered by a robot, and the message states texting is preferred, then by all means please ensure someone is reading and responding to texts. I had multiple texts go unanswered and the service department simply left for the night, holding my car overnight unnecessarily because no one could answer my questions about the services performed.

If I could give this dealership '0' stars I would. I was a customer of this dealership for 20 years and had purchased 6 cars from them with the latest being a 2020 palisade. The car was brand new when I purchased it. In the 4 years I had the car I had to have the gear worm, steering column, and windshield wiper motor replaced under warranty. When the car hit 60,000 miles it starting falling apart. I had to put $9,000 into the car in a 12 month time frame. Eddie was the service manager that handled overseeing the work was done properly on my vehicle. I was pleased with the turnaround time and how he made sure everything was done to my satisfaction! The waiting room is very comfortable and clean!

service center employees on front end of garage area + cashier were great, callbacks to organize a pickup of my vehicle was absolutely horrendous. i missed a call for a pickup for a later appt after a recalled part fix, called back shortly after and was hung up on twice immediately, then got through to the dealership's call director and they were impatient and unhelpful in just trying to help me, and then when they finally did, i was again immediately hung up on.
after i week in the shop and a detailed report on work done I have noticed very little change in the original problem. I really do not like this car and am sorry I leased it.

Complications developed during the service of my Genesis. The technician was courteous, friendly, and helpful. However, the communication system was a disaster. It was impossible to reach a service technician by phone, text, or bot. As a result I made multiple driving trips to speak to a technician. With luck my problems will finally be resolved in 3 days. After buying 3 cars from the dealer and be loyal re service, I was very disappointed with this service experience.l
Polite but unaware of my car history and their service recommendations. I was told I would receive free oil changes until 32,000 miles and your tech wanted to charge me for the service. I now have have a sticker in my auto stating I need to return in 4,000 miles for an oil change. I was told when I purchased this vehicle I would need to return in 8,000 miles for service. Why did your dealership allow me to drive double mileage if an oil change is due in 4,000? Displeased and disappointed…

I waited on my car for six hours from 7:30am to 1:30 had to walk to a nearby restaurant for lunch. Work on the car ran over $2200 and had to take it back for a backordered catalytic converter. Even with all the work I had to take it back due to to the engine light coming on....then off. No recorded message so I had to wait another 2hrs. to find that out, only to assume it was maybe bad gas causing the unsteady run of the engine, rumbling and nearly stalling with light coming on.

I went in for routine oil change. Said I needed 15K service, I agreed, and they began work. When they checked the car over, they said I needed additional work, which I agreed to and they completed the work. They saved me an additional trip to the dealership, by completing all the needed work while I was there.
Tyler Hickey helped me and he was excellent. He explained what needed to be done and what the cost was. The car was ready when promised and he texts me to let me know it was ready.
